There isn't any dichotomy to being cute or sexy. Get a guy to think with his heart, you are cute, with his **** then you become sexy.

I think it really adds to the beachy look - gives people the impression that you're laid back yet up for partying (strange, I know) but it looks good on nice sun-kissed beach skin.

I think sexy vs cute is more a personality difference than a physical one. like if a girl is really beautiful in appearance or is wearing beautiful clothes then they remain the same, but if she's acting soft and sweet she looks cute but if she's being bolder and more seductive then she looks sexy.
in general at least. clothes can make a bit of a difference ie pastel pinks vs dark reds but I think how the girl acts is the biggest influence for how we see her
