My girlfriend actually offered to have one last year (with a cameo from the gender of my choice) and after some thought I declined. It's got nothing to do with anxiety of seeing another man naked - I'm bi and have had boyfriends before - or possessiveness because I don't think that would be an issue. It was more that the whole thing seemed slightly forced. Like that I'd only be doing it just so I could say I'd done it.
