Because I've never had sex but I've seen porn films. In another thread, some guy was told to "get over it" because his girlfriend wasn't a virgin, that "it didn't change anything that her genitals had touched somebody else's."
But if you've seen porn films, it's a lot more than just "genitals touching." The thought of my girlfriend doing that to somebody is quite scarring, though I'd probably get over it (with difficulty).

don't think of it? to be honest I find the thought of my boyfriend having sex in a normal loving way much more distressing than the thought of him mindlessly banging her porn-style, unfortunately once you get past about 18 you're unlikely to date someone who is a virgin and you just have to move on and accept that you both have a past
It depends how you like it and methods, but it's a lot more loving regardless of what you do
Generally not. For a start much of it is absolutely vile. Of the amateur variety most is quite narcissistic self conscious stuff unlike the real thing. It is very rare find any realistic, loving sex portrayed, maybe because truly loving couples are not inclined to share this. Some of the higher quality websites targeting couples are a little bit better.
not at all.. I dont know.. in porn they do it because they get paid, so they sort of have to but if youre having sex its different. As said above emotions are involved and its just alot more.. real. Sex isnt perfect like porn is. 
Nope. Real sex is a lot messier generally, you have to be comfortable with yourself and your partner because it can be awkward and fumbly at times (especially if it's a first time) and there's no careful editing or acting! Sometimes strong emotions are involved, sometimes not, but generally it's very different.
