I've never driven since passing my test, however, I've never met a drive who claims to not stall on at least and occasional basis.

I have a 1.6 golf, was 17 feb 2012, drove from may 2012 and passed september 2012. Driven since, and still stall. Always used to a lot, not so much now - but my car hates hills I blame him.

No. I hire 4 drivers who are tasked with getting me around.

All the time, but thanks to the wonders of auto start/stop - it doesn't matter.

Drove all from my house through the Mersey Tunnel on a daily commute. Stalled at the tunnel exit at a round about It happens.

but then I do have the ZF 8 speed auto

stalling is usually too quick with the clutch
