Why don't people take care of their own hygiene ?

Or possibly because they have a phobia of sex, so they repel any chances of it happening.

How do you know they haven't showered/bathed in the past few days?
They could of got a shower that morning but were so nervous they sweat a lot.
I swear I heard either in Singapore or Malaysia or something there abouts, landlords advertise renting saying "no Indians" and the reason is because they smell (their cooking). And apparently that isn't considered racist.
I don't really understand how it can ever get that bad ...
