How do I get abs/flat stomach?

Hi guys,

Ive been doing 5x5 stronglift workout and everythings been going well.
Ive been eating alot and gaining weight because Im normally a slim guy.

I eat alot of snacks during the day to keep me strong, because as a type 1 diabetic, I lose weight/muscle quickly sometimes.

By eating alot and working out, Ive been getting stronger but my belly is getting bigger.
I also do some running for an hour when I do not go gym, but my stomach is still big.

Sometimes I do sit ups but when I start eating again, my belly gets fat again.

I see some strong bulky guys with alot of weight who have flat stomach/abs.

I would like to start getting a flat stomach with abs, but gain muscle and weight at the same time. Can you please recommend some exercises that will help me get a flat stomach with abs?

Any advice or help would be appreciated.
Hey, I want to know too :P I heard sex helps but perhaps that isnt what you are looking for hahaha!

Obviously keep training those abs, but you can't get a six pack from just sit ups. It really happens in your diet. Are you tracking calories and macronutrients? It will really help if you did so.
You want to gain mass everywhere else and lose mass around your core?

Thats for girls. Im a man. But some of those exercises are helpful.

I just did some of the workouts in this video and it was difficult because Im not used to it.

the only way to get abs is to lower your bodyfat via a caloric deficit, you can do 1000 crunches a day but it won't do anything as long as they're covered by fat

You've got a point. I'll try using a calorie deficit calculator on google.

Finally! I've been desperate for a routine to tone up my vagina.
Abs require having muscle and having a lowish bf%.

Avoid Mike Chang and anyone else who advises ab session bs.

Just keep going with SL and when it comes to cutting then you can attain abs. Abs on a skinny guy are like boobs on a fat girl - they don't count.
