Hi guys,
Ive been doing 5x5 stronglift workout and everythings been going well.
Ive been eating alot and gaining weight because Im normally a slim guy.
I eat alot of snacks during the day to keep me strong, because as a type 1 diabetic, I lose weight/muscle quickly sometimes.
By eating alot and working out, Ive been getting stronger but my belly is getting bigger.
I also do some running for an hour when I do not go gym, but my stomach is still big.
Sometimes I do sit ups but when I start eating again, my belly gets fat again.
I see some strong bulky guys with alot of weight who have flat stomach/abs.
I would like to start getting a flat stomach with abs, but gain muscle and weight at the same time. Can you please recommend some exercises that will help me get a flat stomach with abs?
Any advice or help would be appreciated.
