My GF told me "I can't sleep :(" then doesn't answer WTF?

She sent me a text about 10 mins ago claiming she "can't sleep" and then when I ask her "What's up? Why can't you?" she doesn't answer LOL?

What does this mean?

yep probably fell asleep. although i do this sometimes, im on my phone, receive a text and dont reply until like an hour or later. im just bad at replying, unless shes like that too?
