Hi i am aware the government has plans for student loans for post grad courses. Ucas says the loans will be available for 2016/2017 does this mean you can apply in 2016 for a loan to start your course in september 2016? Also i have paid the lower fees for my BSc having started in 2011, will i still be able to get the new loan. Thanks
