clearing or adjustment?

I sadly picked a course that later on regretted picking, and now wish to study adult nursing instead. Should i wait until i receive my results and hope that i got better than what the uni offered originally and apply for adjustment, or should i decline my offers and apply through clearing? I originally applied for dental technology btw.

There wont be many adult nursing places in clearing at all (if any to be honest so maybe consider if you d want to go for a foundation entry course or wait a year) so if you want to go for it i would get released from your offers now. You ll need to write a new ps to give to unis.
