Too late for clearing?
Hiya, I'm asking on behalf of a friend who has failed first year and resits. She found out today (18th September), she has been advised not to do anything relating to her current course. Is it too late for her to go through clearing. She goes to Staffordshire University..

She should have a very good think about what she wants to do rather than rush into a new course.
Clearing is effectively closed for this year as all places will now be allocated - and no Uni will be interested in anyone who has failed their first year at another Uni, even for a year 1 start.
