Didn't manage to do any conditioning today. I'm going away for a month starting next week so won't be logging any training that I manage to do. I'll still try to chime in on any bull**** I see on the fitness forum though, can't resist correcting people who think they know what they are talking about but they really don't have a clue! :mob:
