Where do I mail my application?

Hi. I live in Romania and will be studying Animation and Visual Effects at Falmouth starting this September.

I've been very slow on the organizing part, so I've only recently finished my application paper for Student Finance and I'm ready to mail it. The only problem is, I'm not sure to what address I should send it.

It cost a lot of money to send this to the UK so I want to be extra sure it gets where it needs to get.

It says here https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-student-finance/proof-of-identity that I should send this to:
EU studentsStudent Finance Services Non UK Team
Student Finance England
PO Box 89
Darlington
DL1 9AZ

I'm sending both my proof of identity and the application form (you can see bellow minus my customer reference number), so is this the place to send it?

Sorry if I seem too unsure of myself. As I said, it costs a considerable sum to mail this to the UK, so I'd feel better if someone could confirm this.
