Credit transfer in final year?

I'm currently in my second year at University. I might be moving abroad after completing this year and as much as I'd hate to transfer into another university in my final year, I have no other option. I will be moving to Pakistan and will have to study there so my question is, is it possible to transfer credits in final year? I'm dreading the huge changes that come but unfortunately, I have no other option and I'm under severe pressure so require immediate answers. Google search has been disappointing so far.
You need to contact universities in Pakistan and ask. I have no idea how the system works over there, but it is nearly impossible to transfer into the final year in the UK. The one exception is the Open University - you can certainly transfer all your first and second-year credits into the OU and finish your degree with them, and you should be able to study with them via distance learning from Pakistan.

Thank you. I do know several unis in Pakistan do credit transfer and international programmes but I'm not sure whether they'll take me in in the final year as most unis have a four year Bachelor's course unless you are doing an international programme.
