Don't assume he is not interested. Some guys follow the rule where they 'shouldn't reply quickly otherwise we'll look to desperate' so maybe he is pushing that. Sounds like he is interested. Maybe you should ask him what he thinks of you and why he takes so long to reply.
Alternatively he could be genuinely busy or someone who doesn't stay stuck to his phone.
Either way try and if he doesn't reciprocate then maybe he is not worth it.
