Your last line is a contradiction

I mean in the sense that a lot of women won't date a guy shorter than 5'10'' or shorter than they are. I'm not that bothered if he's a few inches shorter than I am (I'm 5'7'') as long as he has good aesthetics and he's confident. Most guys under the 5'5'' mark won't date me anyway because I'm too tall for them so it's not like I have a choice

Erm I guess yeah as @New Sign said, how appealing someones body appears. It could also be how muscular a guy is

Oo, well that is a difficult one for me. Maybe how well-groomed and hygienic they are. If they look good, and I like the way they maintain themselves, that for me, will spark my interest in them. Everything else will follow suit.
