How to clear up a water infection

I’ve tried cranberry juice lots of water etc
Is there anything I can buy in shops to help I’ve had it about 3 days
Speaking from experience of 40+ UTIs I can say my fave things are

Sodium citrate, paracetamol and hot water bottle.
But what you seem to be doing is good

Hope you feel better soon
You can buy sodium citrate ("cystitis relief") sachets, which make passing water less painful by making urine less acidic. But they don't make the UTI go away, they just ease the symptoms. If things don't get better over the next couple of days, you probably need antibiotics.
You need to go get antibiotics, nothing else works for a UTI and you don’t want it in your kidneys so go see your GP
I have had several UTIs in the past and have had to treat them all with antibiotics since the infection goes downhill fast for me from the onset.

However, a couple of months ago I recognised the onset of the infection and felt helpless inside, that is until I drank a cup of green tea. I'm hoping this is what prevented the UTI getting worse because the symptoms vanished hours later, and it is the first time it's gone away by itself. So I recommend some green tea maybe. Cranberry juice is the popularly advised drink though.
