Unfortunately, many guys pull shallow girls who have more plastic in them than a doll. Then again, there are a few who fall in love with personalty.

Yes, it makes you less attractive, especially if it is severe.
However, I have found girls attractive with "light" acne because its imperfection is oddly attractive to me.
