Is there anyway you can close online banking account but........

still have an offline account with that bank? I got into online banking a while ago but their have been some security breaches with that bank with online accounts. Thank fully I wasn't effected but I'm not into online banking anymore, I don't even use it. I want to close it and have a normal account offline. Is that possible?
