Struggling with money to keep studying

I'm currently in a bit of a dilemma because I am late on so many payments for my rent and other loans tomorrow and don't really have anywhere to turn. Does anyone know if a college can advance my bursary payment or help me with a one off loan. It's really my last resort to ask them for help but am not really sure what to do. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
