Vue Cinema Job Interview

So, I’ve been looking for a job for a few months now and on a whim I applied for a Job at Vue Cinemas. I filled in the online application at 6:30pm and then had a phone call at 7:45pm where I undertook a phone interview. He then invited me back for an interview on Thursday but I’m petrified. I’ve never made it this far and Vue would be the dream job for me as I study film. I do have a few questions though for anyone who works there now or has been through the process

1) When do you get paid, is it monthly or weekly etc?
2) What is the interview like, what questions do they ask so I be worried
3) What happens after an Interview.
4) What are the shift patterns.
5) Any interview tips!
