Future housemates probably smoke all sorts need advice

Honestly I don’t really care about what other people do with their lives, and I am friends with them.

I’m sure they would agree to not make the house stink as we have a garden.

I’m just a bit paranoid because I don’t want to be the one to get into trouble if anyone gets caught.

I’ve read that aslong as the tenancy agreement is individual it should be fine? How do I know if it is?

Check they will smoke outside as I guarantee your neighbours will complain if weed is drifting over the fence.

I'd say ur neighbours are probably going to mind their own business as any mature adult should. Just don't smoke indoors and you should be fine.

Unexpectedly

If it's weed they smoke, insist that you won't report them as long as they do it out on the road side so that the neighbors won't complain that their backyards are getting affected by it.
