Snapchat help plz unable to log in

guyyyyyssss i need some help. I logged out of my snap to log into my friends phone. but when i went to log in it wouldnt let me. it said password incorrect. my email is linked to my account so i usually just change the password via this if it doesnt accept. but it said email is invalid. now i cant use the SMS option as i just got a new sim and my parents cancelled my other number so i completely forgot to add my new one to the account. its really weird because my email has snapchat messages from July so i know for sure my snapchat is linked to it. idk what to so :/ ive had my snap since 2013 so i have alot of important memories on there

my email is correct because its the only email i use for that app. ive changed my password before via email so this was never an issue. so dont try and be a smart ass, i aint a ******** i knew my email is linked regardless so if there was any issues i could change it
