Will sixth forms let me in even if i have bad predicted grades?

Will sixth forms still let me in even if my predicted grades are bad but my actual GCSE grades are good?
Do their entry requirements associate with the predicted grades or the actual GCSE grades that you achieve?
This question is extremely urgent as i have my mocks next week
