Looks fine to me, infections usually have some sort of discharge or puss. The scab looks fine and healing. It's most likely sore within that area as it's on the joint of your fingers.
I usually clean any wound immediately with 98% alcohol solution. If you do feel like it's in severe pain or your over worried, seek medical advice from a Dr.
