Guy keeps staring at me?
He does nothing except stare at me. Sometimes if I'm sitting near him or in front of him in the library etc, he will blatantly stare at me.
It's really irritating as I dont understand why he would do this.
My boyfriend has done this before but he made sure he wanted more than just staring and would do things which prompted me to talk to him.
What do I do?

Sounds like a creep, either that or maybe he’s just shy, still creepily staring at you is weird behaviour.

Yeah. Once I was sitting in front of him, he would stupidly stare at me for like minutes. I finally got up and left.
If he is doing it blatantly he might not be aware he is even doing it, or he could have a staring problem
