Took me a while to realise what you're talking about. I kept imagining the burnt side of Two Face and his hollow cheek...

If you're questioning whether people think you're pretty based on your cheeks, then work on your self-confidence. What doesn't matter is those who judge you based on something so trivial. Focus on the people who don't give a **** about irrelevant things like this and like you regardless. Even if you had no cheeks (a la Two Face - yes, we are still on him), there would still be people out there who love you for you - those are the ones that matter.
