Absolutely hate the word ‘gammon’. I’ve been called that and I’m not even white

That's one is constantly used to insult the guys of all backgrounds.
Whether it is targeted at punishing accent, alcohol consumption, diet, fashion or opinions on brexit/immigration/religion/capital punishment.
So far I've heard of it being directed at guys of all age groups including: anarchists, blairites, lib dems, marxists, thatcherites, tuas, revolutionary socialists, religious fundamentalists and asylum seekers unable to understand english.

Doesnt make it any less of an annoying insult though. Its like replying to people with boomer when you disagree with them

I would.

That's understandable. Some people grow to be more passionate about their views so its not surprise if they end up pushing you away
My best friend is a Tory and I’m centrist. I don’t care, we often laugh about our differences. When I really care about someone, politics doesn’t affect that. I have labour, conservative, Green Party and even Brexit Party friends.

I meant she pushed away you with their views which ended with you breaking up with her

Politics shouldn't stop you from being friends or fancying someone. It’s only when they let their politics transcend their opinions and let it become part of their personality that you see issues arise

It seems you don't know. They support heirarchial structures where low paid workers do all the ground work and get exploited so the conservative supporting big wigs can make million pound businesses. They support the strong and trample on anyone vulnerable who gets in the way.

Considering I am a member of the party and regularly speak to other members I can absolutely confirm that this is not what conservatism is.

Well - member/sympathiser/voter/etc. Basically interchangeable.

True.

Er... If you don't like capitalism, why post on a capitalist forum using a phone made under capitalism?

Are you opposed to capitalism, private property ownership and all examples of hierarchy in the world?

I'm very critical of capitalism as it exploits people for monetary gain. and we should all be wary of the natural hierachies that exist because abuse can rear its head there, but I do think hierarchies are just natural evils and we can't get rid of them. I am not against private property ownership, I don't think society would be better if we all owned everything/all personally owned nothing.

Am I supposed to live in a mud hut in wales? I don't have much of a choice with the things you mentioned.

Don’t worry about being an anti-capitalist. It's not a bad trait. Some people don't understand why you would be.

I don't understand why they would be a capitalist. It's so heartless.

I understand why they would. It's really up to preference. Can't change what they believe in. The best you can do is research more and hope for better. It's good to see someone who knows their stuff
I couldn't. I seriously wonder how people can vote for the Tories there policies are disgusting and their leader is a literal racist. It would make me question their morals honestly. Also I am a passionate socialist and while I appreciate other peoples views, I'd like the person I'm seeing to be bit more like minded so we could engage in discussions.

Agreed. Respect is the basis of a healthy relationship and I'd rather not go out with someone who views me as a fascist for supporting Priti Patel or as a ”gammon” for wanting to reintroduce hanging.

You would bring back hanging?

You can stop posting on a capitalist forum...

Boris isn't a racist. Just look at the Home Secretary.

For murder, rape and terrorism, yes.
