Student finance- Awaiting Eligibility Evidence

I got an email saying “ We have put your application on hold for the following reason(s):
Awaiting Eligibility Evidence”. I searched up what it meant and it was just to send ID and I sent my passport with it so I’m confused.

It can be ID or residency evidence. If you have sent it and have waited more than 3 weeks then please phone us or message us on Twitter.Facebook and then we can check your account to see if we need anything else.
