why hasnt my firmed responded

I have got the grades to go to my firm (city uni of London) but it has said anything on ucas, I tried calling them but I dont think the number on google works.

This is the general number on their website: +44 (0)20 7040 5060 or you can talk to the chat Bot on their website.
