You need to report it. I am muslim myself and I know many people can be capable of sick things. Please be safe! You can't keep replacing windows.. If you have proof and can get a lawyer or anything then try because this is illegal.

Call the police ad tell them make sure you are sure that it is your neighbor

File a police report for the criminal damage and keep a record of the police reference number.
Forensic teams may be able to obtain some finger prints or other material that will trace back to the culprit.

I'm assuming the smashed window is for your car or inside your home because that's where thugs targeted me, friends and crime survivors I help to support.
Do you have an insurance policy no claims discount or rental deposit in jeopardy?
