Can I apply to warwick International Foundation Programme whilst doing IB diploma

It says they do not accept students students who have "studied" A Levels, IB Diploma or any other Foundation Programme that allows progression to a UK university.

Does that apply to me?

If you are currently studying the IBDP, I would think yes, it does.

Why not just finish the IBDP and apply directly for undergraduate programmes?

I have pretty low predicted grades of around 30 IB points. I think I can definitely make the requirements for my course comes final exams
but if I apply now with those grades I'm afraid they might just reject me entirely.
