What kind of advice would students want from a university professor?

I'm a university prof at a very well recognized institution in the world. I'm really passionate about making sure my students succeed so I want to build a podcast to answer some of the questions students have. Being a prof I notice sometimes students have hesitations and don't want to ask them out loud, so this podcast would be a platform for you to ask those anon questions.

Just wondering what kind of questions or topics you'd be interested in hearing about?

A little bit about myself: been to graduate school 2x, working full time + have academic duties, also review undergrad and grad school applications.
