A bookstore with a cafe 
this is my literal goal in life
to have a cafe that gives 10% to charity. yk the ones that are just comfy and have amazing food not posh ass **** just good food and itll have a seating area for sofas so you can read and drink coffee and itll have a dog, trained ofc and there will be a room for other dogs/pets
