how can you tell if a guy is giving you eye contact because he is into you or because he's just like that?

Guys do you consciously give a girl intense eye contact when you find her attractive?

Personally I'm more likely to look at a person if I'm attracted to them.

It's better to actually interact with people to learn whether they're into you, though. You can waste a lot of time speculating about stuff like this.

we do it because we don't want to get pied or mis read anything. I actually talk to him on a regular because we work together. When we talk he gives me intense eye contact but im not sure if that's just him as a person.
