Is it too late to apply for student finance in September ?

I start my course in October and I’m worried that it’s too late. I don’t care if I don’t receive my money on time but Im worried about if applying late will have any impact with tuition fee.

Apply asap so that you can show your application to your university if they ask you to pay fees.
