CAS issue

I have submitted all documents and waiting for my cas letter. It's been 3 weeks now the cas sheild is showing 96%. It has been stuck at 96%. we are unaware about the issue . I am sending mails to them on a regular basis. anyone can help?

they are probably busy with lots of application.
Mine too is stuck at 96 for 1 and half month
We'd need to know the uni to help further but the advice would be the same - call them and ask if your details have been received and if anything more is needed. If you can't get though, contact the international recruitment team and ask if there are any delays or if they can follow up for you.
