Can't add options to my UCAS

I want to add a new university option to my UCAS and I haven't used all 5 options but it tells me that my application is in read only mode. why is this?

It sounds like your application hasn’t been submitted to UCAS yet.

to add a choice after it has gone to ucas you don’t go to the “apply” part of the hub - you click on your current choices and should have the option to add a choice.

It sounds like your application hasn’t been submitted to UCAS by your centre.

You need to have had your welcome email and for it to be fully submitted to UCAS to add your remaining choices
