My online account and P46

I am Ex employee for Tesco dotcom,I left the Tesco 4 weeks ago, straight away my line manger block my ID for online account.After I don’t have access to my payslips and can’t able to see my P45, when I trying to call line manger not pick up my call . Extremely rude behaviour.

That's the usual thing to do when a staff member leaves the company they notify head office and then they block the online account. Nothing to do with your store manager although they notify head office about things.

Suggest you either go to the store in person and ask for the manager and hopefully you'll see them and get them to contact payroll about things and get it sorted out asap.or contact head office yourself.
They should send you your P45 .

Your manager should be more helpful than what you are saying.
