Student household assessment

i have applied for household assessment by sending sfe my paper form. Theyve now told me that my sponsor needs to send in their financial imformation and this was months ago unfortunately and i dont think theyve sent an email and even if they did i dont think i'd be able to find it. On my parents sfe account it says 'your personal details dont match what the student has provided with us in their application' so have i put the wrong email in my application or was it because ive sent a paper form and it isnt showing up online that ive applied for it. Shall i just send in the paper form for the household assessment that my parents should fill out anyways? Thank you so much

Hi there,

Yes your sponsors can complete the PFF2 form and this can then be uploaded from your online account.

thanks, must I print it out for my sponsers to sign it themselves and then upload the photo of it? or can it be digital?

It can be digital or you can upload pictures of the PFF2 form.

Thanks for your response Drew, one last question, if one of my sponsors don't have a sfe account, do they have to make an account to fill out the form?

Hi there,

If they complete the form we will automatically create an account for them if they do not have one.

Hi drew, once the forms are completed do I upload them where it says 'upload supporting evidence' when I click on my undergraduate application under ''Manage your applications' ? Thanks many
