Postgraduate Student loan Eligibility

Hi,


I am planning to do MSc in Mathematics at Oxford Uni in October 2023.
My nationality is Indian and I have been living in the UK since July 2017 on Dependant Visa(My father is British). I have been considered a Home student by Oxford University and I am currently out of work and live with my father, I am financially dependent on him. I wanted to ask if I would be eligible for a Postgraduate student loan.
