I applied directly to a university. However, as an international student, I need to pay deposit in order to accept my offer. Will the university blacklist me if I accept the offer but I don’t pay for the deposit? (Because I want to wait for my UCAS result)
They'll just withdraw your offer if you don't pay the deposit.
