Uni firm and insurance help

Hey, when am I supposed to pick my firm and insurance choices for uni there is no option for me to do it on ucas

Have you had decisions from all the universities you've applied to?

My understanding is that you can't pick firm and insurance until all the universities you've applied to have made a decision -- unless you choose to withdraw your application to those who haven't yet decided.
