Stopped birth control
Does anyone know how long it takes for your period to come back after stopping the pill? I have pcos and I'm worried I've messed my body up as I've been on it 5 years
For me it took about a month for it to first come, took about 8 months for it to fully go back to normal! Everyone is different though and if your really worried about it I'd go to a sexual health clinic (they aren't as scary as they seem, most of the time the staff are super helpful) or the doctors
