Facing an Issue SAN storage is down

Hello everyone,
I am currently facing an issue with my storage area network (https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/c/servers-storage/storage/storage-area-network/) and I am hoping to get some troubleshooting steps to resolve it. The problem is that my SAN storage is down and I am unable to access any of the data stored on it. I have tried restarting the system, but it did not work. I am not sure what else to do.
I have read that managing a SAN is a complex task that requires careful planning, configuration, and ongoing maintenance I am wondering if there are any specific troubleshooting steps that I can take to resolve this issue. I have also seen some discussions on SAN architecture and design as well as sanitizing a SAN but I am not sure if they are relevant to my current problem.
