Can I meet driving instructor somewhere else?
So I'm starting lessons soon like I've booked in the only problem is I don't want to meet my driving instructor on my road because I don't want family knowing I'm taking lessons, they wouldn't approve and I don't want them knowing anyway. It's ok for the first lesson for them to meet me at my road as I know no one will be home and I've already given the instructor my address and they're going to check my provisional license and will see my address but after that I don't want to meet them anywhere near my house like it can be nearby but not the road I live on. Would the driving instructor be okay with this if I asked them to meet on a different Road for future lessons?

You can ask your instructor to meet you anywhere, the choice of location is entirely up to you. Perhaps have a chat with them to decide on a place which will be suitable for whatever your next lesson is going to be about?
