Losing pip eligibility

Applied for student finance for 2023/24 and got a maintenance loan, including a special support element. The evidence I gave was a pip award letter, however my pip claim is being reviewed. If I lose it during the academic year do I have to tell sfe or is being entitled to pip at the time the decision was made enough?
