If you're a UK student aiming to study in the UK then normally you would apply to SFE, SFNI, SFWales or SAAS depending on where you normally live and where you will be studying. If you are a UK student wishing to study outside of the UK, unless it is a year abroad as part of a UK degree programme, you will not normally be eligible for funding from these bodies and would need to see what is available in the country where you will be studying.

If you're an international student aiming to study in the UK then there is very limited funding available in the UK for international students and those who do study in the UK will usually be funded by their government or self fund (which is very expensive).
