Does anyone have any advice to treat brain fog/mental fatigue

I have constant headaches, and I can’t seem to picture things well. My imagination gives me headaches aswell and it’s foggy. How can I treat this?

I can imagine how difficult it is to function when this is happening. It seems like you may be under a significant amount of stress. Of course that's just my personal opinion but when I've hit a block like that I've found it useful to reframe the task at hand and take some time to relax. All of the above could be achieved through cognitive behaviour therapy approaches or self guided help. There's resources available online from sources such as the NHS. Other than that resources such as academic support or a discussion with you GP could help also. Just to make sure it's not a physical problem or a symptom of a mental health conditions. Time some time to breathe, think reframe and seek help or advice as needed. Stay happy and healthy and hope this gets resolved.

Thank you for the advice. I am thinking of seeking counselling I don't know when though.
I'm nearly finished with my course and then off to university, so I'm struggling a bit.
I do think it's because of a lot of stress.

There's plenty of resources available where you can seek it wherever you are, for example the self guided ones or preparing to see a counsellor and transfer to a service near your uni. Student support teams are a good shout and may even support you during this period. Hope this helps.

Thank you once again. Around September I did email the college well-being for any help because I knew I was going to struggle, they only replied with a website which would be helpful for me but it wasn’t at all.
