British Army
I applied to the British Army and they sent a message saying there are no vacancies at moment, but they will keep my application in file and contact me if more roles become available. Now when I log in to my portal, my Dashboard says," Sorry, from the information you have given us, you are unable to continue the application". I want to to know why it says that. I haven't received any mail from the Army apart from the message on my Dashboard.

Ask the AFCO, but the information you have given is for a certain role and they've told you why it's not being processed at this time.
I've been assigned to a candidate manager and all, I just don't have their contacts, and also I was told not to re apply but I want to know if i can re apply to a different role, like the the infantry role, is that possible??
