Why can’t I spell out loud?

So, I’ll start this off by saying I’ve struggled with this all my life, but I can spell pretty well.

For instance, I’ve gotten good grades in school in English and recently got an A on a uni essay and they hate grammar mistakes.

So, the issue is that I can’t tell you verbally how to spell a word. I get the first few letters, then my brain gets confused on which letter i’m on and then I give up.

Just wondering if anyone else has this because people always think it’s weird, also why does this happen? Is this like dyslexia or something? I did struggle learning when I was younger and I struggled concentrating but I’m ok now besides this.
I think that's normal. I'm great at spelling, but sometimes my husband asks me how to spell something, and I have to grab a pen and paper to write it down before I can answer him.

I don't think it's dyslexia at all, no.
